To support our continued growth in the UAE, we are seeking an experienced PMD/PMO Manager to join our Abu Dhabi office.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor EPC projects from the Abu Dhabi office.
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Support project planning, reporting, and documentation processes.
- Track project progress and prepare management reports.
- Assist in risk identification and mitigation planning.
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
- Support communication between headquarters and site teams. Regular visits to project sites.
- Maintain centralized project documentation and records.
- Support project close-out and lessons learned activities.
- Support bid and proposal preparation for new projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline. PMP (Project Management Professional) is essential.
- Minimum 20 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 10 years in a managerial/leadership role.
- Experience in petrochemical or energy sector projects preferred.
- Strong knowledge of project management processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (Primavera/MS Project preferred).
- Strong reporting and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects ($100M+).
