Job Description
Job Summary
A PMO Analyst serves as a central support role within the Project Management Office, ensuring that projects and programs are executed in a structured, consistent, and data-driven manner. Working within the discipline of Project Management Office, the PMO Analyst focuses on collecting and analyzing project data, maintaining reporting dashboards, and enforcing governance standards.This role has the primary responsibility to track progress, identify risks, and provide insights that support decision-making. The role also contributes to improving processes, standardizing tools and templates, and ensuring alignment with established frameworks such as PMBOK or Agile methodologies. Overall, a PMO Analyst acts as the backbone of project visibility and control—bridging data, process, and communication to help organizations deliver projects more effectively.
Operational Roles
To manage and track the progress of complex projects, PMO Analysts must perform many tasks in their day-to-day work. Some of the primary PMO Analyst duties and responsibilities.

4+ years of relevant work experience

Knowledge in project operational planning and financial analysis

- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports (Projects status, risks, KPIs)

- Provide insights to senior stakeholders for decision-making
- Ensure projects follow PMO standards, methodologies, and templates
- Monitor adherence to frameworks like PMBOK or Agile practices
- Support audit and compliance activities
- Conduct Project Phase Gates
- Perform quality assurance reviews of project documentation
- Assist with project Business Case, prioritization, and portfolio tracking
- Track resource allocation and capacity
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- Help standardize Project Management Methodologies and Templates
- Support PMO maturity initiatives
Professional experience and knowledge of the following tools is required.
- Project management platforms (MS Project, Jira)
- Reporting tools (Power BI)
- Projects document management tools
- Collaboration tools (SharePoint ,MS Teams)
