Job Description

A leading semi-government entity in Riyadh is seeking an experienced PMO Analyst to join a strategic national transformation initiative.

This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to a high-impact, multi-year program focused on strengthening project governance, organizational performance, compliance, and continuous improvement across a government environment.

As part of the Project Management Office (PMO), you will work alongside senior stakeholders to enhance governance practices, assess organizational performance, optimize processes, and support the successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

Job Purpose

Support the PMO team in monitoring project performance, analyzing operational data, preparing governance reports, reviewing processes, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. The role plays a key part in enabling informed decision-making through accurate reporting, data analysis, and effective stakeholder coordination.

Key Accountabilities

1. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Collect, analyze, and maintain project and operational performance data.
  • Prepare periodic performance reports, dashboards, and KPI analyses.
  • Monitor project progress and identify performance trends or deviations.

2. Governance & Compliance Support

  • Support governance reviews and compliance assessments.
  • Assist in maintaining risk, issue, and challenge registers.
  • Ensure project documentation complies with established PMO standards and procedures.

3. Process Improvement

  • Assist in reviewing business processes, procedures, and operational workflows.
  • Support the identification of process improvement and automation opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of PMO templates, documentation, and reporting standards.

4. Stakeholder Coordination & Knowledge Management

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect project information and updates.
  • Support stakeholder satisfaction assessments and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, executive reports, and knowledge transfer materials.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, Engineering, Management, or any related discipline.
  • A master's degree (preferably an MBA) is considered an advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in PMO, project management, governance, organizational performance, or management consulting.
