Role Overview

This role is about building an IT PMO within an established EPMO and taking full ownership of enterprise delivery governance, with Salesforce at the centre of the transformation agenda.

The Brief

The brief is simple but demanding:

Build and run a credible, outcome-driven IT PMO

Govern a Salesforce-led enterprise portfolio

Bring control, clarity, and predictability to complex digital programmes

Operate confidently with C-suite and senior business leaders

This is not a reporting PMO and not a steady-state role. You will be expected to set the bar, challenge assumptions, and drive execution.

Who This Suits

Senior IT PMO or Portfolio leaders who have built PMOs before

Strong Salesforce programme governance experience (non-negotiable)

Commercially aware, delivery-focused leaders comfortable saying no when needed

Context

The organisation is mid-transformation and investing heavily in customer platforms, enterprise systems, and delivery capability. The PMO function will directly influence how transformation succeeds.
