Position Summary
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a razor-sharp PMO Specialist / Program Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of high-visibility strategic initiatives. This is an execution-focused role within a centralized corporate PMO. You will act as the operational engine building governance frameworks, tracking complex cross-functional timelines, and translating major technical and commercial project data into highly polished executive insights for senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Governance: Establish, standardize, and enforce rigorous PMO frameworks and tracking metrics across a diverse portfolio of strategic enterprise and technology projects.
- Milestone & Risk Tracking: Monitor complex project dependencies, critical paths, and resource allocations, proactively identifying and mitigating delivery risks.
- Executive Synthesis: Translate complex project progress updates and commercial data into concise, high-level dashboards and briefs for the executive committee.
- Stakeholder Management: Confidently interface with global technical partners, vendor leaders, and internal business heads to ensure seamless project delivery and alignment.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 4 to 8 years of professional experience, ideally split between a top-tier management consulting firm (or Big 4 Advisory) and an enterprise-grade PMO within a high-growth corporate, tech, or digital transformation environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a heavily quantitative business field from a top-tier global university. PMP or Agile certifications are highly advantageous.
- Skills: Mastery of advanced project management tooling, portfolio tracking software, and executive-level data visualization (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI/Tableau).
- Profile: Exceptional structural thinking, high emotional intelligence to navigate complex matrix organizations, and an uncompromising eye for operational detail.
