Operating within a highly integrated, multi-vendor environment, the role supports execution of advanced automation, digital manufacturing, robotics, infrastructure, and system integration workstreams through structured governance, data-driven reporting, and operational oversight.
The PMO serves as a central coordination and control function across the program, ensuring alignment between schedules, risks, dependencies, milestones, change management, and executive decision-making processes. The role leverages digital tools, analytics platforms, dashboards, and AI-enabled reporting capabilities to provide transparency, proactive insights, and performance visibility across the full program lifecycle.
This position requires strong program governance, reporting, and project controls capabilities within complex industrial or transformation environments involving multiple stakeholders, technical disciplines, and delivery partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and govern integrated program baselines including schedule, scope, milestones, dependencies, and delivery tracking across all workstreams
- Support integrated program controls activities across automation, digital, manufacturing, infrastructure, and operational delivery packages
- Prepare and publish weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and executive-level program reports, dashboards, and performance summaries
- Track and monitor KPIs, critical milestones, commissioning readiness, operational readiness, risks, and delivery performance metrics
- Manage and maintain centralized risk, issue, action, decision, and dependency registers, ensuring proper escalation and resolution tracking
- Govern change request workflows, change impact assessments, and change control processes across the program
- Support governance forums including Steering Committees, Program Reviews, Technical Reviews, and executive decision-making meetings
- Ensure adherence to program governance frameworks, reporting standards, documentation controls, and approval workflows
- Coordinate cross-functional interface management activities across vendors, contractors, OEMs, and internal stakeholders
- Utilize Power BI, analytics dashboards, and AI-enabled reporting tools to support predictive insights, trend analysis, and proactive decision-making
- Maintain reporting accuracy, audit trails, document control, and program data integrity
- Support escalation management, recovery planning, and delivery optimization initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement across reporting, governance, project controls, and PMO operating processes
- Support operational readiness, commissioning tracking, and transition-to-operations governance activities
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in PMO, project controls, program governance, or delivery assurance roles

- Exposure to multi-vendor, multi-disciplinary, and highly governed delivery environments
- Familiarity with commissioning, operational readiness, factory setup, or production ramp-up activities
- Experience utilizing BI, analytics platforms, AI-enabled reporting tools, or digital dashboards for program performance monitoring
- Understanding of integrated program controls and enterprise PMO frameworks
- Exposure to aerospace, defense, or other regulated industrial sectors
- Knowledge of Lean governance, KPI management, and continuous improvement methodologies
- PMP, PMI-SP, PRINCE2, or equivalent PMO/project controls certifications
