Job Summary

Lead the company's strategy, PMO, and corporate performance functions, ensuring strategic objectives are translated into actionable initiatives and successfully executed across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's corporate strategy and strategic initiatives.
• Establish PMO governance, methodologies, and project management standards.
• Oversee strategic and cross-functional projects, ensuring delivery of scope, timelines, and objectives.
• Develop and monitor corporate and departmental KPIs.
• Prepare executive dashboards, performance reports, and presentations for the CEO and leadership.
• Identify business risks, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead transformation, process improvement, and business growth initiatives.
• Ensure alignment between departmental plans and overall company strategy.
• Lead and develop the Strategy & PMO team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Management, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• MBA or relevant master's degree is preferred.
• 10–15+ years of experience in Strategy, PMO, Transformation, or Corporate Performance.
• Experience in HR services, manpower, outsourcing, or workforce solutions is preferred.
• PMP, PMI-PMOCP, or similar certification is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent Arabic and English.
