We are seeking a talented Video Editor to enhance the visual storytelling of our videos. The ideal candidate will edit raw footage into polished, engaging content while collaborating with the creative team to produce high-quality video materials that align with brand guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Edit and assemble raw footages into polished, high-quality videos.
- Utilize Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, CapCut, and other video/audio editing tools for enhancement and effects.
- Create motion graphics, animated titles, lower thirds, and branded visual elements to enhance podcast videos.
- Perform audio enhancement, including noise reduction, audio synchronization, equalization, and sound optimization.
- Edit podcast episodes and repurpose long-form podcast episodes into engaging short-form content for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Apply professional color correction and color grading to maintain a consistent, high-quality visual style.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative editing techniques.
- Leverage AI-powered editing tools and workflows to improve editing efficiency, quality, and turnaround time.
- Collaborate with the creative team for content strategy, ideation and creation.
- Review final edits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.
- Implement feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve the quality of video content.
Education & Experience
- Proven 4+ years of experience as a Video & Audio Editor with a strong portfolio.
- Experience in Podcast production is mandatory.
Non-Negotiable Skills / Must Haves
- Strong portfolio demonstrating professionally edited podcast and social media video content.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, CapCut, and other professional editing software.
- Ability to identify, evaluate, and adopt emerging AI tools to improve editing speed, content quality, and production workflows.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and consistently meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
