Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients presenting with foot and ankle complaints
- Develop individualized treatment plans including conservative care, orthotic prescriptions, and surgical interventions when necessary
- Perform surgical and non-surgical podiatric procedures to restore function and relieve pain
- Educate patients on foot care management and preventive health practices
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic patient care
- Maintain precise patient records and adhere to clinic and regulatory standards
- Stay current with advancements in podiatric medicine and technology relevant to the Abu Dhabi healthcare setting
Requirements
- Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree from an accredited institution
- Valid and current license to practice podiatry in Abu Dhabi/UAE
- Proven clinical experience in podiatry, preferably within a hospital or clinic setting
- Strong knowledge of both surgical and non-surgical treatments for podiatric conditions
- Excellent patient communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
