Poke Bowl Commis Chef

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Commis Chef Poke Bowl to join our kitchen team. The role involves preparing fresh, vibrant poke bowls, handling high-quality ingredients, and ensuring consistency in taste and presentation. If you are passionate about fresh produce, precision, and modern healthy cuisine, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily preparation of poke bowl ingredients (fish, vegetables, sauces, toppings)
• Ensure freshness, quality, and correct storage of all ingredients
• Support the Chef de Partie in assembling poke bowls according to brand standards
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the workstation
• Follow all food safety and HACCP guidelines
• Assist in inventory control and mise-en-place activities

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Previous experience in poke bowls, sushi, salads, or cold kitchen is highly preferred
• Strong knife skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
• Good communication skills
• Ready to join immediately (preferred)
