Job Summary
- :Policies and Procedures is responsible for managing, controlling and initiating policies, procedures manuals to support the bank's compliance with laws, regulations, best banking practices and standards
- .Establishing and developing Policies and Procedures Manuals to ensure full compliance with CBE, regulations, business requirements, associated risks and relative controls
- .Conducting regular reviews of Policies and Procedures Manuals to ensure effectiveness, sufficient control and risk mitigation are in place
- .Reviewing Bank's Policies and Procedure Manuals
- .Preparing and maintaining documentation to ensure compliance to approved and regulatory requirements
