Job Requirements:

B2C1 proficiency in Polish (spoken and written) is a must.

Availability to start immediately.

Willingness to relocate to Alexandria (relocation covered).

Flexibility to work rotational shifts between 8:00 AM and 12:00 AM.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently in Polish.

Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through quality support.
