We are looking for a client service intern as part of our team based in Milan. The candidate will support the team on the day-to-day management of the Pomellato and Dodo client service requests. The Client Services team is responsible for supporting and providing an exceptional service to Pomellato and Dodo clients with issue and query resolution.
Complete, monitor and progress all client related tasks, queries, and issues to the highest standard
Ensure all Service Level Agreements are met, and where not possible, appropriate escalation is completed.
Maintain knowledge of all team SLA's and appropriate/immediate escalation to the team manager if SLA exceptions are identified.
Support in promoting a good working relationship with internal departments ensuring regular feedback is provided to team manager.
Provide high quality service to clients
Participate in special projects as assigned by team manager
Monitor with regular reports the client service activity.
Master's degree
Fluent in English and Italian,
Proficient in Office Suite, especially Power Point and Excel
Strong oral and written communication, and time management skills
Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business and technology environment
Problem-solving and client relationship skills
Strong interpersonal skills, goals oriented
Familiarity with e-commerce will be a plus
A previous experience in client service for the luxury industry will be a plus
Detail-oriented, self-starter and team-worker
