We are currently looking for a Quality Control Team Leader who will join the Production & Planning area.

You will be mainly in charge of the following activities:

• Managing and monitoring the performance of the quality control team
• Ensuring that quality standards meet and exceed company expectations
• Looking after finished product's technical and aesthetic accuracy for both internal production and external suppliers
• Cooperating in the management of stocks, movements on ERP System

• Previous experience in quality control in the jewellery industry
• People management experience
• Critical observation and attention to detail
• Ability to work in fast pace and international company
• Organised with good analytical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent computer skills, proficient in MS Office
• Fluent in Italian and English
