We are looking for a detail-oriented Portal Specialist to manage and maintain property listings across multiple real estate portals. The ideal candidate is organised, tech-savvy, and experienced in handling online property platforms to ensure accurate, compliant, and high-quality listings.
Key Responsibilities
- Upload, update, and manage property listings on real estate portals (e.g., Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.)
- Ensure listings are accurate, compliant, and aligned with company branding standards
- Monitor listing performance and visibilit
- Coordinate with agents to collect correct property details, photos, and prices
- Remove expired or sold listings promptly
- Handle portal accounts, subscriptions, and compliance requirements
- Maintain organised records of all active and inactive listings
Requirements
- Languages: Arabic and English (Fluent)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the real estate industry
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the same role
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Madhmoun
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
