Portfolio Manager

The Job

Portfolio Manager who is highly organised, collaborative, and delivery-focused is required to join an expanding Technology team. In this role, you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of an iGaming product portfolio across casino and sportsbook. You'll manage roadmaps, integrations, feature launches, and cross-market rollouts ensuring that technical delivery aligns seamlessly with business strategy.

This is a central role in shaping how products evolve, scale, and perform across multiple brands and markets.

About You

You're a Portfolio Manager who thrives at the intersection of technology, product, and operations. You can manage complex portfolios, juggle competing priorities, and bring structure to fast-moving teams. You're comfortable discussing APIs and integrations one moment and aligning cross-functional stakeholders the next.

You bring:

• Strong experience in portfolio, product, or delivery management within iGaming or digital entertainment
• A proven track record working with engineering, QA, and delivery teams
• Strong knowledge of casino and/or sportsbook ecosystems
• A process-driven mindset and familiarity with agile tools such as Jira or Confluence
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to create alignment across technical and non-technical teams
• Technical confidence when navigating integrations, architecture, or escalations
• A relevant bachelor's degree (Agile or product/portfolio certifications are a plus)

A full relocation package is available for candidates moving from abroad.

The Money

80,000 98,000 euros + full relocation support + healthcare + annual flights back to your home country after 12 months service plus lots more!
