Job Brief
We are looking for an experienced Portfolio Manager to manage and grow an existing portfolio of investor clients while developing long-term relationships that increase Assets Under Management (AUM), repeat business, referrals, and client retention.
The ideal candidate has experience in investment sales, wealth management, private banking, or precious metals investment, and enjoys building trusted client relationships through consultative portfolio management.
Responsibilities
- Manage an assigned portfolio of active investor clients.
- Conduct structured portfolio reviews and recommend portfolio rebalancing strategies.
- Advise clients on investment-grade precious metals and portfolio diversification.
- Execute repeat investment transactions including additional investments, product swaps, buyback and reinvestment opportunities.
- Provide clients with regular market updates and investment insights.
- Increase Assets Under Management (AUM) through consultative selling.
- Build long-term client relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
- Cross-sell storage solutions and additional investment services.
- Work closely with the telesales team to improve lead quality and client handovers.
- Represent the business during client meetings and investment events across the GCC
Requirements
- 3-6 years experience in:
- Wealth Management
- Private Banking
- Investment Advisory

- Bullion Sales
- Investment Product Sales
- Demonstrated experience managing investor portfolios or client AUM.
- Strong understanding of:
- Gold markets
- Silver markets
- Macroeconomic trends
- Interest rates
- USD movements
- Geopolitical risk
- ETF flows
- Excellent relationship management skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Arabic is advantageous.
- Hindi, Urdu, Russian or Farsi are considered an advantage.
- Professional certifications such as CFA, CISI or equivalent are desirable.
- Willingness to travel across the GCC
