Our client, a leading company in the food and beverage ingredients sector, is seeking a hands-on and dynamic professional to lead its beverage product portfolio. This is a strategic role for someone passionate about innovation, product development, and nutritional optimization (Nutri-Score).
About the Role
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing a diverse beverage product portfolio, including juice concentrates, blends, flavors, fruit preparations, and bio-actives from concept to market launch. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, commercial acumen, and cross-functional leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management for the beverage category.
- Drive product development and reformulation projects with internal and external labs, ensuring compliance, quality, and Nutri-Score improvement.
- Manage sourcing, supplier relations, packaging, and logistics to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
- Manage and optimize the beverage product portfolio: juice concentrates, blends, flavors, fruit
- preparations, and bio-actives.
- Keep the product catalogue and technical documentation up to date.
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure technically accurate and brand-aligned product communication.
- Support the creation of product stories and category insights that reinforce innovation leadership.
- Conduct internal product training and maintain pricing, samples, and documentation systems.

- Timely, efficient, and high-quality product development.
- Compliance and achievement of Nutri-Score and cost targets.
- Optimized supply chain and supplier performance.
- Accurate, consistent product and marketing information.
Profile Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or related fields.
- 35 years experience in beverage or food product development and sourcing.
- Knowledge of Nutri-Score systems and reformulation strategies.
- Proven experience managing multi-category portfolios.
- Fluency in English (Spanish is an advantage).
- We are seeking a candidate based in the Levante region of Spain who is open to geographical mobility to Dubai. The role will be based in Dubai for a minimum of 34 years, with strong and ongoing connection and collaboration with Spain.
