Driven Properties is seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to oversee the operational, financial, and regulatory performance of a portfolio within our Property Management team. The role requires strong leadership, a solid understanding of UAE property management regulations, and the ability to maintain high service standards while managing client relationships and site teams.
- Manage day-to-day operations of assigned property portfolio
- Oversee budgeting, service charge control, and financial performance
- Ensure compliance with RERA, Mollaq, and UAE regulations
- Supervise Property/Community Managers and site teams
- Manage client relationships and handle escalations
- Monitor vendor performance and service delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in owners association management
- Certification in property management or owners association management (e.g., CMCA, M100, PCAM)
- Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations related to owners associations
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in financial management and reporting
- Commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship
- Technologically sawy with experience in property management software
