Job Description

CardoO is hiring Portfolio Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee and prioritize a portfolio of projects to ensure alignment with business strategy.
Optimize resource allocation and ensure efficient delivery across all projects.
Prepare portfolio reports and communicate progress and insights to leadership and stakeholders.
Build strong stakeholder relationships and facilitate portfolio reviews and alignment meetings.
Ensure compliance with portfolio governance, standards, and best practices

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in project, program, or portfolio management within a business or technology environment.
Professional certifications such as PMP, PfMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or Google Project Management Certificate are preferred.
Strong understanding of project and portfolio management methodologies, tools, and governance frameworks.
Proven ability to oversee multiple projects, evaluate priorities, and align initiatives with organizational strategy.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to build strong executive and cross-functional relationships.
Experience guiding project managers and coordinating across departments or business units.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven portfolio decisions.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing complex portfolios with competing priorities
Have an experience in MENA GULF Area
