About the Role
We are expanding our acquisition team and seeking a high-calibre Portfolio Sales Executive to drive portfolio growth across Dubai.
This role is responsible for onboarding new residential properties into our short-term rental portfolio and securing furnishing and refurbishment contracts that optimise asset performance.
You will manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and financial presentation through to negotiation, contract execution, and onboarding coordination.
This position is suited to commercially driven professionals with strong closing ability and a solid understanding of investment-led sales.
What You Will Be Doing
- Proactively source and secure apartments and villas for short-term rental management
- Engage directly with landlords, property investors, brokers, and developers
- Present data-driven revenue projections and ROI analyses
- Structure and negotiate management agreements
- Consistently meet defined acquisition targets
- Identify opportunities to enhance rental yield through furnishing and interior upgrades
- Present structured furnishing and refurbishment proposals
- Coordinate with operations and design teams to ensure seamless execution
- Own and manage your pipeline from lead generation to signed agreement
- Prepare proposals, financial breakdowns, and contractual documentation
- Maintain disciplined CRM tracking and reporting
- Deliver against monthly and quarterly performance KPIs
Requirements
- 26 years experience in real estate sales, business development, banking sales or mortgage sales
- Demonstrated success managing a full sales cycle and closing high-value agreements
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to articulate ROI, yield, and performance projections
- Professional communication and negotiation skills
- Structured, disciplined, and performance-oriented
- Knowledge of Dubai residential property market preferred
- Existing network of landlords or investors is advantageous
- Background in banking sales is highly regarded.
