Post-Contract Commercial Manager

Currie & Brown is looking for a Commercial Manager to join our team in Riyadh, KSA.

You will be in charge of the commercial elements of a circa 1bn SAR mixed-use development scheme.

What will you be doing

• Commercial lead for the project, interfacing directly with the client and project team
• Providing accurate cost advice and reporting
• Assuming a leading role in setting objectives and priorities, working as a proactive and decisive team player
• Maintaining effective communication to ensure all information is available for the successful completion of projects; liaising with other managers to ensure efficient financial control
• Undertaking cost management services with limited supervision
• Delivering all work outputs in an accurate and timely manner
• Representing the company in a professional and diligent manner; meeting, negotiating and corresponding with clients to form strong working relationships

What do you need

• BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Ideally Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) or working towards
• Significant post-contract experience
• KSA or GCC project experience
• Good technical writing, client-facing, and communication skills
• Well-organized, diligent, proactive, assertive, well-disciplined, and commercially astute
• A team player with a can-do attitude, outgoing, polite, patient, diplomatic, personable, respectful, and flexible
