Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Review & prepare and close all relevant tasks per the Listing Rules and our internal procedures.
  2. Review & prepare all Capital Alteration Applications.
  3. Review & prepare Transfer from Nomu-Parallel Market to Main market applications, including Transfer Document, FDD and LDD Reports.
  4. Handling & assessing the assigned Projects.
  5. Ensure alignment with international best practices and regulatory standards.
  6. Act as a subject matter expert on Post Listing-related matters within the division.
  7. Identify Post Listing Authorization risks and recommend corrective actions.
  8. Prepare reports and analysis for internal committees and regulatory bodies.
  9. Liaise with issuers, advisors, and internal teams to address Post Listing Authorization matters.
  10. Participate in consultations and initiatives aimed at improving Post Listing Authorization standards.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Carry out daily operations assigned for the department to comply with the company's standards.
  2. Prepare timely and accurate department reports to meet the requirements, objectives, and standards of the company and the department.
  3. Ensure the satisfaction of internal and external customers to address their needs in a courteous and timely manner.
  4. Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes in order for the work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
  5. Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices, work processes, cost effectiveness, and productivity enhancement.
  6. Promote to other employees within the organization the implementation and adherence to policies, procedures, processes, and instructions.
  7. Maintain a good and respectful relationship with other colleagues and represent the company in a good image.

Job Requirements

Education and Certifications:

Bachelor Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or similar is required, Master Degree is preferred.

Professional certifications are preferred

Knowledge and Experience:

3+ years of experience in Capital Markets. Knowledge of Capital Alteration Listing Types & Familiar with Listing Rules and Regulatory Frameworks.
