Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review & prepare and close all relevant tasks per the Listing Rules and our internal procedures.
- Review & prepare all Capital Alteration Applications.
- Review & prepare Transfer from Nomu-Parallel Market to Main market applications, including Transfer Document, FDD and LDD Reports.
- Handling & assessing the assigned Projects.
- Ensure alignment with international best practices and regulatory standards.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Post Listing-related matters within the division.
- Identify Post Listing Authorization risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare reports and analysis for internal committees and regulatory bodies.
- Liaise with issuers, advisors, and internal teams to address Post Listing Authorization matters.
- Participate in consultations and initiatives aimed at improving Post Listing Authorization standards.
Key Accountabilities:
- Carry out daily operations assigned for the department to comply with the company's standards.
- Prepare timely and accurate department reports to meet the requirements, objectives, and standards of the company and the department.
- Ensure the satisfaction of internal and external customers to address their needs in a courteous and timely manner.
- Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes in order for the work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices, work processes, cost effectiveness, and productivity enhancement.
- Promote to other employees within the organization the implementation and adherence to policies, procedures, processes, and instructions.
- Maintain a good and respectful relationship with other colleagues and represent the company in a good image.
Job Requirements
Education and Certifications:
Bachelor Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or similar is required, Master Degree is preferred.
Professional certifications are preferred
Knowledge and Experience:
3+ years of experience in Capital Markets. Knowledge of Capital Alteration Listing Types & Familiar with Listing Rules and Regulatory Frameworks.
