Role Overview:

As Post Producer, you will act as the day-to-day lead for the post-production team, owning workflows, standards, and delivery. You'll be responsible for people management first and foremost, while also handling all core post producer responsibilities across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the post-production team, including editors, motion designers, and the rest
• Plan workloads, manage capacity, and set clear priorities across the team
• Provide regular feedback, mentoring, and performance management
• Oversee all post-production workflows from brief through final delivery
• Review work to ensure creative and technical quality meets agency standards
• Manage schedules, resources, and post-production budgets
• Act as the main point of contact between post, creative, account teams, and clients
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to brief
• Maintain consistency and quality across multiple clients and formats
• Identify and resolve workflow, resourcing, or delivery issues proactively

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Post Producer within a media or creative agency
• Demonstrated experience line managing a post-production team
• A strong portfolio or showreel showcasing the quality of work delivered by your team
• Strong organizational skills and experience with task tracking and documentation
• Highly reliable, confident communicator with strong creative judgment
