About the Role:
Solargy Construction is seeking a skilled Civil Engineer with experience in post-tensioning systems to join our team in Cairo. The role involves site supervision, quality control, and managing post-tensioning projects across Egypt.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee post-tension construction projects from planning to completion.
- Perform detailed post-tension design calculations and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
- Supervise on-site activities to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
- Identify and resolve technical and operational issues efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- 35 years of proven experience in post-tension systems and construction projects.
- Solid background in project planning.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
