Key Responsibilities
- Develop Efficient Power BI Reports and Dashboards
- Create advanced DAX measures and calculated columns
- Work with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements
- Build ETL pipelines using Power Query, SQL, or Azure tools
- Integrate Power BI with Power Automate and Power Apps
- Work with ADF, Snowflake or modern data bases
- Build scalable semantic models for enterprise reporting
- Manage workspaces, datasets, and deployment pipelines
- Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and governance standards
- Optimize large datasets and DirectQuery performance
- Architect, develop, and maintain complex ELT/ETL pipelines using Snowflake and cloud-native tools.
- Design and optimize Snowflake warehouses, databases, schemas, and scalable data models.
- Implement Snowflake features including Snowpipe, Streams, Tasks, UDFs, Stored Procedures, and Time Travel.
- Develop ingestion frameworks for structured and semistructured data (JSON, Parquet, Avro).
- Collaborate with cloud platform teams to integrate with Azure/AWS/GCP services.
- Optimize performance through clustering, micro-partitioning, caching, and resource tuning.
- Work closely with analytics, BI, and business teams to deliver reliable datasets.
- Enforce data governance, metadata management, security policies, and RBAC authorization.
- Develop CI/CD deployment pipelines for Snowflake transformations and objects.
- Monitor production pipelines, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability.
Qualifications & Experiences
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, data analytics, or relevant fields.
- Knowledge of Databases (Functions / packages / procedures) and Advanced SQL writing skills is MUST
- Proficiency in Power BI development, including report and dashboard creation
- Strong understanding of data modeling and data visualization concepts
- Experience with SQL for data manipulation and extraction
- Knowledge of Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) for creating calculations
- Familiarity with data warehouse concepts
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Adaptability to changing business requirements
- Knowledge and feature of Tableau will help in the job
- Power BI certifications are a plus
- Good to Have: Knowledge on Snowflake, Some Projects on AI
