Job Title: MS Power BI Developer / Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced MS Power BI professional to design, develop, and deliver insightful dashboards and reports that support data-driven decision-making. The role involves working on data preparation, data warehousing, and visualization initiatives while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.
Perform data preparation, cleansing, and transformation from multiple data sources.
Collaborate with data engineering teams on data warehousing and ETL/ELT processes.
Develop and optimize DAX measures and Power Query transformations.
Ensure performance, security, and scalability of Power BI solutions.
Translate business requirements into effective data visualizations and analytical insights.
Document BI solutions and provide knowledge transfer to stakeholders.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders in Arabic and English.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in an IT-related discipline (Information Technology, Information Management, Data Analysis, Computer Science, or equivalent).
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience working on MS Power BI projects.
Strong experience in data preparation and data warehousing projects.
Proven experience using Microsoft Power BI (Power BI Desktop, Service, DAX, Power Query).
Familiarity with scripting and programming (e.g., SQL, Python, PowerShell, or similar).

Skills & Competencies

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to design clear, user-friendly, and impactful dashboards.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

Preferred (Nice to Have)

Microsoft certifications (Power BI, Data Analyst, Azure Data).
Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure Synapse, Azure SQL, Snowflake, etc.).
Experience working with government or large enterprise clients.
