Power Bi Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable data warehouse solutions using Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Synapse Pipelines, and SSIS.
• Develop interactive and visually appealing BI dashboards using Power BI and other reporting tools to deliver actionable business insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
• Ensure data governance, data quality, and compliance with organizational standards and policies.
• Translate complex business requirements into practical data models, pipelines, and visualizations.
• Lead or contribute to end-to-end BI solution delivery, from data ingestion to visualization and reporting.
• Manage data ingestion workflows and pipelines for the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW).
• Work independently to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Technology (B.Tech/B.E./M.E./M.Tech – Any Specialization).
• 9–12 years of experience in Business Intelligence / Business Analytics or equivalent roles.
• Strong SQL proficiency and hands-on experience with database technologies (e.g., SQL Server).
• Solid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL concepts.
• Must have worked on ingesting and managing data in an Enterprise Data Warehouse.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end BI solutions using the MSBI stack, including Power BI.
• Experience in both on-premise and cloud BI/reporting technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders across all levels.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with DBT and Microsoft Fabric will be a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
• Familiarity with modern data architecture practices and tools within the Azure ecosystem.
