Power BI Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a BI Developer to build impactful dashboards and analytics solutions that enable business decision-making. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into high-quality reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive dashboards using Power BI
• Create efficient data models and visualizations
• Analyze business requirements and translate into reporting solutions
• Work with data engineers to ensure data availability and quality
• Optimize dashboards for performance and usability
• Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards

Required Skills

• Strong 5+Years of experience with Power BI (DAX, Data Modeling, developing interactive dashboards)
• Good knowledge of SQL and database concepts
• Experience building enterprise analytics dashboards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Good to Have

• Experience with data warehousing concepts
• Exposure to ETL tools or data pipelines
