Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose electronic and automation-related faults using advanced testing and measuring instruments.
  • Perform component-level repair of electronic cards, including ICs, transistors, capacitors, and related components.
  • Repair and maintain power supply circuits (SMPS and linear power supplies) for industrial and commercial equipment.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot industrial electronic boards such as inverters, drives (VFDs), machine control cards, and HMIs.
  • Perform PLC automation maintenance, including basic programming, fault diagnosis, and I/O troubleshooting.
  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot operator panels (HMI / OP screens).
  • Work with SCADA systems for monitoring, diagnostics, alarms, and system troubleshooting.
  • Carry out precise SMD/SMT soldering and electronic rework using hot air stations and professional tools.
  • Provide alternative technical solutions for obsolete or hard-to-find electronic cards and spare parts.
  • Conduct functional testing and commissioning to ensure system reliability after maintenance.
  • Maintain proper technical documentation and adhere to electrical and industrial safety standards.
  • Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
    • 2-4 years of experience in power electronics, electronic cards maintenance, and industrial automation.
    • Hands-on experience with PLC systems, operator panels (HMI), and SCADA platforms.
    • Component-level electronic troubleshooting
    • Power electronics (SMPS, inverters, drives, rectifiers)
    • PLC automation and industrial control systems
    • HMI (OP screen) configuration and troubleshooting
    • SCADA system operation and fault diagnostics
    • Use of electrical and electronic measurement tools (multimeter, oscilloscope, power analyzer)
    • Precision soldering and rework (SMD/SMT)
