1. Strong and proven experience as Commercial/ PPA Structurer (fixed, indexed, or hybrid power pricing)
2. Background in either utilities, infrastructure funds, or IPP (Independent Power Producers)

1. Economics of the contract (designing for greater returns)
2. Capacity vs energy payments
3. Protection against currency changes
4. Negotiating the right to grow the project later
5. Future repricing clauses
6. Take or pay (guaranteed minimum payments)
