We are seeking an Arabic-speaking PPC Specialist to support the execution of our paid media function on Google Ads, working closely with the creative team and E-commerce store management team, and Data analysis team.

Role Description
As an employee you will be responsible for planning, monitoring performance, optimization based on best practices, reporting, and supporting continuous improvements to drive strong ROAS and revenue growth across GCC e-commerce markets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Planning & Execution
- Planning and execution of a full-funnel campaign (Awareness → Consideration → Conversion).
- Ensure alignment of paid media activities with commercial priorities, promotions, and product focus.
- Initiate and execute testing initiatives (creatives, audiences, formats, landing pages, product feeds) internally with the creative team and the E-commerce store management team.
2. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Report performance on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Track & optimize. Based on key KPIs including ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPM, CVR, and AOV.
- Highlight performance trends and share insights with the team.
- Flag underperformance and support in identifying improvement actions.
3. Budget Tracking
- Monitor the budget spending on Google ads.
- Ensure budgets are being utilized in line with plans and highlight and resolve any discrepancies.
- Assist in tracking performance against targets and basic profitability metrics.
4. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with internal e-commerce, data, creative, and content teams to support campaign execution.
- Assist in preparing clear briefs for creatives based on performance needs.
- Coordinate with marketplace teams to support promotional activities on platforms like Amazon.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 2-3 years experience in performance marketing for e-commerce (GCC markets).
What We Are Looking For
- Deep understanding of Google ads , Google merchant center, Google analytics and Google tag manager.
- Strong knowledge of full-funnel performance frameworks and scaling strategy.
- Proven ability to manage large budgets (USD 1M+ year).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to review reports, results, and optimization logic.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and follow-up discipline.
- Highly organized, proactive, and accountable.
