Job Description

Role Description

We are seeking a data-driven and results-focused PPC Specialist to manage and optimize paid search and digital advertising campaigns across relevant platforms. This role is responsible for planning campaigns, conducting keyword research, managing advertising budgets, monitoring performance, and improving campaign efficiency through continuous analysis and optimization.

The PPC Specialist will develop paid advertising strategies based on business objectives, target audiences, market conditions, and campaign goals. You will research relevant keywords, analyze search intent, structure campaigns and ad groups, create compelling ad copy, and ensure that campaigns are properly configured for effective performance.

Key responsibilities include managing paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and other relevant advertising channels. You will monitor impressions, clicks, conversions, click-through rates, cost per click, cost per acquisition, return on ad spend, and other key performance indicators.

The role requires regular analysis of campaign data to identify opportunities for optimization. You will adjust bids, budgets, keywords, targeting, ad copy, landing-page strategies, and campaign structures based on performance insights and business priorities.

The PPC Specialist will also conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities, negative keywords, search trends, audience segments, and areas where campaign performance can be improved. You will work closely with marketing, content, SEO, design, and other teams to ensure that paid campaigns align with broader digital marketing objectives.

You will prepare performance reports and communicate campaign results, trends, challenges, and recommendations to relevant stakeholders. The role requires the ability to turn advertising data into practical insights and actionable optimization plans.

The position may also involve supporting paid social campaigns, remarketing activities, display advertising, shopping campaigns, conversion tracking, and A/B testing. You will help ensure that tracking systems, campaign settings, landing pages, and reporting structures are properly implemented.
