PPM / Finance EBS Consultant

This is an on-site contract role based in Riyadh for a PPM / Finance EBS Consultant. The consultant will be responsible for implementing and configuring Oracle PPM and Finance EBS solutions, performing system analysis, and ensuring alignment to client business requirements. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, providing user training, optimizing processes, and delivering high-quality support throughout the project lifecycle.

• Expertise in Oracle PPM (Project Portfolio Management) and Oracle EBS (Enterprise Business Suite) Finance modules
• Strong system implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical evaluation capabilities
• Ability to gather and analyze business requirements, and transform them into effective solutions
• Experience in conducting user training and delivering end-user documentation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Professional certifications in Oracle technologies are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Previous experience in consulting environments and large-scale project implementations preferred
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a strong advantage
