As part of its continued growth in the region, they are looking to appoint an experienced PR Account Manager to join their high-performing Dubai team.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a communications professional with a proven track record of managing high-profile public sector accounts, delivering integrated PR campaigns, and building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
The Role
Reporting to the Account Director, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of government and semi-government clients, leading day-to-day account management, developing strategic communications plans, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-impact PR campaigns.
You will work closely with clients, media, and internal teams to deliver exceptional results while identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with government and semi-government clients across the UAE.
- Develop and execute integrated PR and communications strategies.
- Lead day-to-day client servicing, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
- Draft press releases, speeches, media materials, key messages, and executive communications in English (Arabic is highly advantageous).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regional media and key stakeholders.
- Identify proactive media opportunities and manage reactive communications when required.
- Coordinate closely with creative, digital, and content teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Prepare client reports, campaign evaluations, and strategic recommendations.
- Mentor and support junior team members while maintaining excellent quality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years PR agency experience within the UAE.
- Strong experience managing government and semi-government clients is essential.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Bilingual Arabic and English is highly preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong media relations network across the UAE.
- Excellent client management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Strategic thinker with outstanding organisational and presentation skills.
