The PR & Influencer Executive is responsible for shaping brand perception through strategic public relations and influencer collaborations. This role blends storytelling, relationship-building, and digital savvy to amplify brand visibility, drive engagement, and foster authentic connections with target audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Public Relations Strategy
Develop and execute PR campaigns that align with brand goals and seasonal initiatives.
Draft press releases, media kits, and pitch stories to journalists and editors.
Monitor media coverage and prepare performance reports.
2. Influencer Marketing
Identify, vet, and onboard influencers across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Negotiate partnerships, manage deliverables, and track campaign performance.
Cultivate long-term relationships with key creators and brand ambassadors.
3. Event & Activation Support
Coordinate press events, influencer meetups, and brand activations.
Ensure seamless execution and post-event coverage.
4. Content & Messaging
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure consistent brand voice.
Support social media storytelling through influencer-generated content.
5. Monitoring & Reporting
Track PR and influencer KPIs including reach, engagement, sentiment, and ROI.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms.
