PR & Marketing Executive

Bishop Design is a leading international, multi-award-winning interior design firm with studios in Dubai, Miami and South Africa. Established in 2004, the firm has successfully designed and delivered hundreds of projects across the globe in the hospitality, F&B, retail, commercial, and residential sectors.

We're looking for a PR & Marketing Executive who understands how to build visibility around bold design. Someone who knows how to position luxury, lifestyle, and hospitality projects in a way that stands out.

This is a high-exposure role.

You will work directly with the Associate Director, Managing Director and Founder.

You will be in the conversations.

You will represent the brand publicly.

What you'll own:

• PR strategy and media outreach
• Relationships with journalists, publications and industry partners
• Sharp press releases and opinion pieces
• Award submissions that stand out
• Photoshoots that capture that award winning shot
• Social presence with intention and personality
• Founder positioning and high-profile engagements
• Events, panels, sponsorships and industry networking

You need to enjoy being out in the industry.

You need to be comfortable in high-level rooms.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in PR / Marketing / Communications
• Experience within design, luxury, hospitality or lifestyle is strongly preferred
• Strong writing and editorial judgement
• Organised, proactive and calm under pressure
• Able to manage multiple deadlines without dropping standards

*Bonus points if you have graphic design skills
