Pre-Commissioning/Commissioning Engineer

The Pre-Commissioning/Commissioning Engineer works closely with technical and subject matter experts, manages the commissioning team, and coordinates with the construction team to ensure a smooth transition from construction to commissioning.

#Manage the day to day activities of the Project COMT team, comprising commissioning coordinators, commissioning engineers, operations and maintenance specialists

#Provide expertise and oversight on all construction projects for start-up and commissioning

#Responsible for project field and jobsite start-up and commissioning operations

#Monitors and reviews all sectors startup and commissioning programs and makes necessary revisions to program as required

#Lead the commissioning engineers, provide guidance and arrange for training of newly hired staff

#Manage the planning, investigation and implementation phases

Qualification:

Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering/E&I or Equivalent

Other Qualification:

PMP certified

Experience:

Minimum of 10 years of Experience out of which min 3 years worked in the same capacity in Oil & Gas (Aramco Projects) especially in Pipeline Projects.
