Your Role
As the Pre-opening Procurement Agent, you'll support procurement activities during the hotel pre-opening phase and ensure timely sourcing and coordination of operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
. Support sourcing and purchasing of hotel operational supplies and equipment
. Coordinate with suppliers and follow up on quotations, orders, and deliveries
. Maintain procurement records, tracking sheets, and documentation
. Assist in comparing quotations and preparing procurement summaries
. Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery coordination
. Communicate with internal departments regarding procurement requests
. Support the procurement team with administrative and coordination tasks
Qualifications
. Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, or administration
. Good organizational and coordination skills
. Strong communication and follow-up abilities
. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
. Attention to detail and reporting accuracy
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
. Excellent English communication
. Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely
. Experience in hotel pre-opening projects is an advantage
