Pre Post Sales Engineer

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pre Post Sales Engineer based in Cairo. The Pre Post Sales Engineer will collaborate with the sales and technical teams to provide comprehensive pre-sales and post-sales support. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, developing technical solutions, delivering presentations, offering technical assistance, and ensuring effective implementation of solutions to meet client requirements. Building strong customer relationships and supporting the sales process will be key aspects of the role.

• Strong Sales Engineering and Sales skills, with the ability to understand client needs and propose relevant solutions
• Technical Support experience, ensuring smooth implementation and troubleshooting for clients
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for managing client interactions professionally and effectively
• Proficiency in analyzing technical requirements and conveying complex ideas
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Prior experience in light current systems or similar industries is advantageous
