Duties & Responsibilities
- Specialists in the design, implementation, and support of Cisco unified communication solutions, including voice, video conferencing, messaging, and collaboration systems.
- Ensures that UC platforms are reliable, scalable, and aligned with the organization's technology strategy while maintaining high levels of service and performance.
- Define and enforce best practices, policies, and standards for voice, video, and collaboration services.
- Collaborate with network, security, and IT infrastructure teams to ensure end-to-end service reliability.
- Support disaster recovery planning and business continuity for UC services.
- Monitor performance, usage, and capacity trends to guide future planning and improvements.
- Ensure documentation of architecture, configurations, and support procedures is maintained and current.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Cisco UC technologies
- Experience in designing and performing pre-sales activities for Cisco Collaboration & Webex projects
- Strong hands-on experience with Cisco unified communication platform
- Deep understanding of VoIP, SIP, QoS, SBCs, call routing, and video conferencing technologies.
- Relevant certifications (Cisco Collaboration) are a strong advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
