HitekNOFAL Solutions is looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Engineer (BMS) to join our growing smart buildings and infrastructure team.
Responsibilities
- Support sales teams with BMS solution design, technical proposals, and BoQs
- Prepare technical submittals, compliance matrices, and system architectures
- Engage with clients, consultants, and technology partners during pre-sales stages
- Deliver technical presentations and solution demonstrations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (mandatory)
- Minimum 6 years of experience in BMS / Smart Building / ELV systems
- Strong knowledge of HVAC controls, controllers, field devices, and BMS protocols
- Vendor certifications with Honeywell, Schneider Electric, and/or Johnson Controls are preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
