We are seeking a Senior Pre-Sales Engineer with strong expertise in Networking and Low Current Systems to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales cycle by delivering high-quality technical solutions, accurate system designs, and competitive proposals.
The successful candidate must be technically strong, client-focused, and experienced in pre-sales activities, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.
Pre-Sales & Technical Support
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to analyze customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Deliver technical presentations, product demos, and Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) to clients.
- Review RFP/RFQ documents and prepare compliant technical and financial proposals.
- Perform system sizing, BOQ development, and solution optimization based on project requirements.
Design & Engineering
- Design and validate solutions for:
- Structured Cabling Systems
- Active Network Infrastructure (Switching, Routing, Wireless)
- CCTV Systems
- Access Control
- Public Address / Voice Evacuation
- Fire Alarm (optional)
- IPTV, SMATV, Intercom, and other Low Voltage systems
- Prepare shop drawings, system architecture diagrams, and technical submittals.
Vendor & Product Coordination
- Coordinate with leading vendors (Cisco, HP/Aruba, Huawei, Hikvision, Dahua, Axis, Bosch, etc.) to obtain quotations and technical support.
- Evaluate product options to ensure selection of the most suitable and cost-effective solutions.
Project Handover
- Support project teams during kickoff to ensure full understanding of the proposed solution.
- Provide ongoing clarification and technical guidance as needed throughout project delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Communications, or a related field.
- 410+ years of experience in pre-sales or solution design for networking and low-voltage systems.
- Strong understanding of network technologies (L2/L3 switching, routing, WLAN, and security).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and design tools such as Visio and Excel.
- Excellent proposal writing, BOQ preparation, and solution pricing skills.
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and client-facing abilities.
