Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pre-Sales Executive based in Sharjah, Ajman, and Dubai. The Pre-Sales Executive will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, presenting solutions, and demonstrating product offerings. Core tasks include conducting market research, building relationships with potential clients, preparing proposals, assisting in customer onboarding, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve revenue targets. The role requires maintaining a deep understanding of the company's products and effectively communicating their value to clients.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Pre-Sales, including client presentations and solution demonstrations.
  • Strong understanding of the FMCG sector, particularly the food retail and wholesale markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Collaborative skills to work effectively with sales and support teams.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into customized solutions.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to building and maintaining relationships.
  • Experience in the UAE market and multilingual proficiency are strong advantages.
