Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Execution: Visit daily routes to achieve sales targets and increase market share within the territory.
- Inventory Management: Check stock levels at retail points and process accurate replenishment orders.
- Merchandising Excellence: Ensure products are displayed according to First-In, First-Out (FIFO) standards and planograms.
- Relationship Building: Maintain strong rapport with store managers to secure prime display locations.
- Reporting: Submit daily sales reports and feedback on competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in FMCG sales or merchandising.
- Valid Saudi Driving License is mandatory.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Physical stamina to manage stock displays.
