Precast Design Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the precast design team to ensure timely delivery of engineering solutions.

2. Plan, review, and approve precast structural designs, shop drawings, fabrication drawings,

and erection detai ls .

3. Ensure all designs comply with project specifications, UAE regulations, and applicable

international standards.

4. Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, project managers , production, and site

teams to resolve technical issues .

5 . Manage design schedules, resource allocation , and project priorities to meet contractual

deadlines .

6. Review engineering calculations, connection details, lifting designs, and value engineering

proposals .

7. Support tendering, project executio n, manufacturing, and installation with technical

expertise.

8. Promote BIM implementation and improve engineering processes, standards, and design

efficiency. 9 . Monitor design quality, minimize design-related non-conformities, and drive

continuous

improvement initiatives.

I 0 . Mentor and develop engineering staff through technical guidance, training , and performance

management.

11. Support production by ensuring designs arc practical, economical, and suitable for

manufacturing and installation.

1 2. Ensure compliance with the company's Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE)

policies and procedures.
