What Will You Be Doing in the Driver's Seat

Strategic & Business Ownership

  • Own business performance for the premium segment, ensuring sales, discount, margin, VAS (add-ons) and sell-through objectives are achieved.
  • Contribute in analysing assortment performance and provide strategic inputs to improve product mix and reduce inventory ageing.
  • Collaborate with pricing, procurement, BI teams to ensure competitive positioning.
  • Drive initiatives to increase Value-Added Services (VAS) and financing adoption among premium customers.

Operational & Sales Excellence

  • Lead the Sales Consultant - Premium Automotive team to deliver a consultative, luxury-grade customer experience.
  • Oversee test drives, negotiation, and end-to-end deal management for premium cars.
  • Maintain showroom ambience, display standards, and customer touchpoints to reflect a premium dealership experience.
  • Ensure seamless coordination of token-to-delivery processes with documentation and operations teams.

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with high-net-worth customers through personalized engagement and follow-ups.
  • Act as the face of Cars24 Premium, upholding high standards of professionalism and integrity.



Team Leadership & Development

  • Hire, train, and coach team of Premium Sales Experts to deliver excellence in both sales and customer experience.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, identify skill gaps, and ensure a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Share insights with management on assortment, pricing, and process improvements.

What's Under the Hood

  • 3-4 years of experience in premium car dealerships such as Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Porsch, or similar luxury brands.
  • Preferably candidates with international backgrounds to bring diverse perspectives and global consumer understanding to our premium business.
  • Proven track record of leading and motivating sales team of premium sales executives.
  • Understanding of UAE consumer financing processes, loan documentation, etc.
  • Hands-on experience or familiarity with Salesforce CRM or similar sales management systems.
  • Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills with a polished and global customer-facing demeanour.
  • Communication skills that build bridges and trust.
  • Preferably with valid UAE driving license.
