Job Description

We are looking for a customer-facing Presales Engineer who can bridge business requirements with innovative technology solutions and support complex regional opportunities from qualification through proposal submission. The ideal candidate will have experience across Digital Identity Solutions, Border Control & Security Solutions, Biometric Technologies, FinTech Platforms, and Large-Scale Government Digital Transformation Programs.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand business, operational, and technical requirements.
Lead solution workshops, technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts (PoCs).
Design end-to-end solution architectures and prepare technical proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and bid documentation.
Collaborate with sales, delivery, product, and partner teams to develop competitive solutions and winning strategies.
Act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales lifecycle, from opportunity qualification to contract award.
Support commercial discussions by aligning technology capabilities with customer objectives and business outcomes.
Evaluate and recommend technologies, platforms, and partner solutions to address customer needs.

Desired Experience

Strong understanding of one or more of the following domains:
Digital Identity & Citizen Services
Border Control & Smart Security Solutions
Biometric Enrolment, Verification, and Authentication Systems
Financial Technology (FinTech) Platforms and Digital Payments
Government Digital Transformation and Smart Government Initiatives
Experience supporting solutions such as:
Identity and access management systems
Biometric enrolment, identification, and verification platforms
Border management, e-Gates, traveller processing, and security systems
National-scale digital infrastructure, public sector, and government programs
Understanding of enterprise software, cloud platforms, infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, and systems integration.
Experience working on complex, multi-vendor, multi-stakeholder projects and bids.
Familiarity with government procurement processes, RFPs, and large-scale technology deployments is highly desirable.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Presales, Solution Engineering, Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, or a related role.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate customer requirements into scalable and commercially viable technical solutions.
Experience preparing technical responses, solution designs, and proposal documentation.
