We're Hiring | Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Presales Consultant – Egypt

As part of our continued commitment to delivering high-quality Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations, we are looking for experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Presales professionals to join our Egypt branch and support our sales activities across the region.
The role is critical in connecting customer business requirements with the right Dynamics 365 F&O solution and ensuring that every opportunity is properly qualified, scoped, estimated, and handed over to the implementation team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead customer discovery and business requirement sessions.
- Understand customer business processes and translate them into appropriate Dynamics 365 F&O solutions.
- Maintain strong functional understanding across the major Dynamics 365 F&O modules and business scenarios.
- Conduct solution presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and functional discussions.
- Define the proposed solution scope and prepare Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Prepare implementation effort estimations, assumptions, exclusions, dependencies, and scope boundaries.
- Support RFP/RFQ responses, proposals, and customer clarification sessions.
- Identify functional gaps, integration requirements, risks, and dependencies during the presales stage.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Solution Architecture, Functional, Technical, and Project Management teams.
- Support the complete presales lifecycle end-to-end, from opportunity qualification through solution definition, proposal preparation, negotiation support, and handover to the implementation team.
- Ensure that what is committed during the sales cycle provides a clear, realistic, and high-quality foundation for successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Proven hands-on experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O presales activities end-to-end (A–Z).
- Strong functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O, with a solid understanding of its major modules and related business processes.
- Microsoft-certified Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant.
- Strong experience in solution scoping, SOW preparation, effort estimation, customer workshops, demonstrations, and proposal support.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or another relevant field.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, with strong verbal, written, presentation, and customer-facing communication skills.
- Based in Egypt and able to work from Pioneers IT's Egypt branch.
- Ready to travel as required for customer meetings, workshops, demonstrations, and presales engagements across the region.
