Technology Presales Director is required by our multi award winning global technology consulting client
Working in a hybrid capacity and focusing on the Middle East, in particular UAE and KSA , the successful candidate will be responsible for leading the presales and solutioning team across all business lines. You will be the primary technology advisor to customers with a major focus on Cloud Data, AI and Cybersecurity, and also internal teams, ensuring that all solutions are innovative, competitive, and aligned with business growth objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the regional presales and solution architecture function across all business units.
- Define and execute the technology vision for the region aligned with global CTO strategy.
- Drive adoption of Cloud, Data, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, and Digital Platforms.
- Translate regional market trends into relevant offerings and use cases.
- Own solution development for major bids, RFPs, and digital transformation programs.
- Ensure quality, feasibility, and competitiveness of all technical proposals.
- Strengthen partnerships (Azure, AWS, Google, OEMs) to support winning solutions.
- Serve as a trusted technology advisor to CIO/CTO-level stakeholders.
- Support key accounts with solution roadmaps, architecture planning, and technology advisory.
- Provide architecture governance and technical oversight for large regional programs.
- Establish and enforce technology standards, patterns, and best practices.
- Act as final escalation point for critical solution or design issues.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of architects and presales specialists.
- Build strong technical capability in Cloud, Data, Cyber, AI/ML, and industry domains.
Required Experience
- 15+ years in senior technology leadership roles (Presales Director / Chief Architect / Technical Director / CTO).
- Deep expertise in Cloud, Data, Cybersecurity, AI/ML, and modern engineering practices.
- Strong experience running presales and large-scale solution architecture functions.
- Very strong network across the Middle East including major global project hubs such as KSA AND UAE
- Proven engagement with senior stakeholders
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence at C-level.
